Mamiya 645 on Ilford Delta

It has come down to the wire once again when it comes to my monthly blog post. Striving for that consistency!
I will tell you now, as much as I tried the Mamiya is not a street camera. However, that doesn’t stop me from trying! I am more of a run and gun kind of street photographer. Someone once called it “pigeon style” because I am primarly drawn to the shiny object on the streets aka behaviours. With the Mamiya, you will need to compose your shots, take your time and hope that AF hits. Yes, I am using the AF because this camera is bloody heavy! I still working on shooting two more rolls in the next week or so, however, I would like it to have more of a focus rather than these random thoughts. What great is that I recently connected with an old friend from high school, and she is very passionate about writing fictional stories. Lately, we’ve been brainstorming together on how we can combine her writing with my visuals storytelling. I am excited to collaborate with her and share the results with all of you.
One final thought I would love to share with everyone is a question I heard on a meditation podcast. The question is
“ who am I if there is nothing wrong?”
Still has me thinking to be honest..
